SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as internationally.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
All orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, are eligible for shipping.
Please note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico incurs higher shipping costs due to additional transportation requirements. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Original Products (Original Acrylic on Canvas)
- Processing time: Original artworks require 7-10 business days for careful preparation and packaging before shipment
- Shipments of original artworks are managed directly by ArteMendez
- A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped
- Shipping times: 3-10 business days for continental US after processing (may take longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
- Total delivery time: Please allow 10-20 business days from order placement to delivery
- All shipments include insurance and specialized packaging to protect the artwork
Fine Art Prints (Print on Demand)
- Shipments are managed by Printify
- Tracking information will be provided by Printify
- Production and shipping times: 5-15 business days depending on the production center location
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 10-30 business days for prints, and 17-40 business days for original artworks including processing time). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Original Art Shipping Policy
Custom & Commissioned Orders Each custom piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. This timeframe ensures the high-quality finish and drying time required for our artistic process.
Standard Orders Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3-5 business days.
Delivery & Carrier Information
Transit & Delivery Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Artemendez.
Shipping Methods & Restrictions
Domestic Shipping (USA) We offer ground shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States.
We only ship to the 48 contiguous states to ensure the safety and integrity of our artwork during transit.
Important Notes
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Artemendez is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damages during Transit If your artwork arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us immediately at artemendez54@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the item.
